What does Varpe offer?

CHECKWEIGHERS 

Industrial checkweighers are metrological weighing equipment that determine the mass of the product without operator intervention and run a pre-determined programme of automatic processes that meet the specific requirements of the metrology directive (MID).
X-RAY INSPECTION

X-ray inspection systems are equipment designed to detect any type of contaminant, such as metal, glass, mineral stone, calcified bone or plastic, found in an industrial product, whether packaged or in bulk.


METAL DETECTORS

Metal detection equipment checks for metal-contaminated product as it is transported through the production line, diverting it away from the production line if this occurs.


SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

VIT4 is a programme designed to store and manage the data generated by Varpe equipment during production in pursuit of Industry 4.0. It is based on IoT (Internet of Things) concepts, which refers to a digital interconnection of everyday objects with the internet.
CALIBRATIONS AND TESTS

With the aim of continuing to expand our services, we are pleased to inform all our customers and collaborators that we have obtained the ENAC seal as an accredited laboratory to perform checkweigher calibration and sensitivity testing of X-ray inspection equipment and metal detectors.
