¿What is our start-up?
Levelling and fixing of equipment 
Levelling and fixing of equipment in the manufacturing process location. Varpe integrates and adjust the machine to the client production line.
Correct operation
Varpe checks the correct operation of all security elements and parts. During this same visit, the technician will confirm that the equipment operates according to the expectations when the real production starts.
Calibration
Final location calibration and format adjustments.
Training
1-hour basic training for the operators and maintenance staff that will habitually work with the equipment.
Official Maintenance Plans
Varpe offers different types of Official Maintenance Plans so that the equipment is always ready. They include programming revision, adjustments and technical support, visual revision document of the components status, complete revision of conveyors (components revision, mechanical transmission, pneumatic system, electrical components, damage detection, security elements, sensitivity and equipment precision, back-up), training refresh (30-minute training for each machine) and software update (if needed).

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Preventive maintenance plan with one technical visit included, with mechanical and electronic elements revision, software update and back-up and calibration, sensitivity, inspection and security certificates.
COMPLETE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Complete maintenance service with two technical visits included, with mechanical and electronic elements revision, material substitution, document delivery, software update and back-up.

PREMIUM MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Premium maintenance service with three technical visits included, with mechanical and electronic elements revision, material substitution, document delivery, software update and back-up and calibration, sensitivity, inspection and security certificates.
