X-ray inspection equipment with double lateral beam

The new generation of X-ray inspection equipment of Varpe offers innovative global solutions for product inspection with double lateral beam, ensuring the safety and integrity of your production.
The IRIX DDL X-ray inspection system is offered with lateral (horizontal) double beam down to up or up to down.

The down to up beam uses two generators with different action angles, being those lateral down to up. This way, the projection of the superior part of the jar can be deeply inspected. It is highly recommended for products like olives, legumes, vegetables etc. The up to down beam is used when the inspection is to be performed on glass jars, since inspection for a single beam is inefficient. This type of beam is recommended for products such as bottles with liquids and similar.

Its advanced X ray technology provides an excellent detection of ferric, non-ferric and stainless steel, glass, metal, calcified bones, spines and stones. They also offer simultaneous verification detecting damaged products, breakages, lack of units within the product and mass measurement.

All Varpe X-ray inspection equipment comply with the international safety standards that govern the emission of ionizing radiation.

They are listed under the certification of exempt equipment granted by the General Direction of Policies and Mines, with the approval of the Council of Nuclear Safety number NHMX224, published in the BOE No. 90 on April 15, 2017
