This equipment features a vertical, curtain-free beam to inspect unpackaged products. IRIX DVS BULK equipment is used in production lines for bulk legumes, vegetables, and nuts, as its robust structure is designed and adapted for the most specific environments for these types of products.
Its advanced X-ray technology achieves exceptional detection levels of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, stainless steel, glass, and stones. It also simultaneously verifies damaged products, breakages, mass measurement with estimated weight, and counting of elements within the product.
This system complies with international safety standards governing ionizing radiation emissions.
They are approved as exempt from radioactive installation and fully approved by the General Directorate of Politics and Mines, with prior approval from the Nuclear Safety Council, with approval number NHM-X224, published in the BOE nº 90 dated April 15, 2017.
