In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), VARPE informs you that the personal data you provide during your browsing and/or by filling in the WEBSITE forms will be processed by VARPE for the purpose of managing the services offered. For example, we treat the information you provide as a customer and contact persons involved in the business relationship during the period of validity of the same in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, perform administrative tasks related to such services and offer an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE and / or indicated in the data protection clause that is next to the form you just completed.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
In VARPE we process the information you provide us, for example, as a customer and contact persons involved in the business relationship during the period of validity of the same, in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, perform administrative tasks related to the sale of our products and services, as well as to provide an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE. Likewise, if you fill out a form on the website, you should read the corresponding data protection clause in order to know the purpose of data collection.

DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the intended purposes of the processing. The time during which we keep your data will depend on the purposes for which they are collected and the fulfillment of VARPE ‘s legal obligations. The data obtained will be kept during the maintenance of the contractual relationship with the client and after the termination of the relationship, until such time as responsibilities may be demanded in accordance with the legislation in force in the commercial and fiscal field and to comply with the obligations related to the professional field.
HOW DO WE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION?
All information provided by the user through registration or by filling out the WEBSITE forms must be truthful. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
In accordance with the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:

- Right to request rectification or deletion, e.g., you may request that your e-mail address be rectified if it is incorrect or request the deletion of data held by VARPE when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, except to possible Data Processors (suppliers that provide services to our entity).
VARPE may share your information with various governmental authorities in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process or for any other matter required by law. Your data will not be communicated to third parties except by legal obligation to the Inland Revenue, Courts and Tribunals, to Banks and Financial Institutions for matters related to the payment of services and to our correspondents in the event that it is necessary to fulfill the commissioned service.
