X-ray equipment for your cork production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

VARPE\u2019s IRIX X-ray inspection range safeguards the safety <\/strong>and integrity <\/strong>of your production. Its advanced X-ray technology captures sharp images<\/strong> of different types of foreign bodies<\/strong>: ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, glass, stone or bone. It runs on its own<\/strong>, custom and versatile software built on advanced technology. <\/p>\n\n

Thanks to its design, it classifies product quality based on its natural morphology<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>. It also incorporates dual processing to enhance the detection<\/strong> of damaged corks, breakages <\/strong>and internal layers<\/strong><\/strong> of the product. <\/p>\n\n

It also simultaneously verifies product integrity<\/strong>: breakages, mass measurement with estimated weight, and unit count inside the product.<\/p>\n\n

Its AISI 304 stainless steel housing features components designed for easy disassembly and cleaning<\/strong>. Its X-ray generator, of rugged design and long service life, is cooled to adapt to the working ambient conditions. For industries that require it, hygienic features can be added. <\/p>\n\n
